How long will my order take to ship?

Your order confirmation and Order Request Received email should have included an estimated delivery date. Standard orders are normally 2 weeks from order confirmation and art approval. Orders with branded items like Nike, Patagonia, or Under Armour are often listed as 3 weeks, as well as orders with personalization. Please note, if we can get your order out earlier than the estimate, we will.

How long will my order take to deliver once shipped?

Our production facility is located in South Bend, IN. Below is a Ground Transit Map from UPS. If you placed a stock decorated order, you will receive tracking for your order using UPS Ground the evening we ship your order.. If your order was for CUSTOM uniforms and headwear or promotional products like signage or hard goods, the shipping information is sent 3rd party and may include tracking from FedEx, USPS, or DHL.
