The process begins with a conversation with our sales team. We work with you to select your required uniform items, establish pricing, and build art mockups so you know exactly what your players will be ordering. Once approved, we launch your store with a set open and close date. Players, parents, and coaches visit the store, select their required items, choose sizes, add optional upgrades, and check out individually. When the store closes, our team generates a complete roster report for your review. You verify every jersey number, player name, and size before a single item goes into production. Once approved, everything is produced as one batch and shipped — either directly to each player's home or in bulk to the coach for distribution.

How long does a uniform collection store stay open for ordering?

We typically run uniform collection stores for two weeks, closing at 11:59 PM EST on the second Sunday from opening. This window is designed to create enough urgency that players and parents order promptly while giving your community adequate time to shop. If your program has specific scheduling needs — for example, aligning with a registration deadline or a league start date — we can discuss adjustments with your sales representative.

How long does it take to receive uniforms after the store closes?

Delivery timelines depend on the products in your store. Stock uniforms and gear typically ship within 2 to 3 weeks of your store closing. Fully custom items — including sublimated jerseys, custom-cut uniforms, and specialty gear — ship within 4 to 6 weeks of store closure. Your sales representative will confirm the specific timeline for your product selection before your store launches so you can build your season schedule around a reliable ship date.

Roster & Personalization

How does number and name verification work?

You have two options. If players entered their own numbers and names at checkout, you receive a personalization report once the store closes — review every entry and approve before a single item goes into production. If you prefer to assign numbers yourself, players complete their order without personalization and you receive a full roster report with sizes to fill in and return. Either way, nothing is submitted to production until you have reviewed and confirmed every name and number. Duplicate numbers and misspelled names don't make it to the factory.

What happens if a player misses the ordering deadline?

We strongly encourage all coaches to communicate the store deadline clearly to players and parents well in advance. Once the store closes, we move quickly to get your order into production so we do not delay gear for players who did order on time. If a player missed the window, contact your sales representative as soon as possible. In some cases we can add a late order as a fill-in to the original batch, but this is not guaranteed and depends on where your order is in the production timeline.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Does everything ship to the coach or directly to players?

You choose the fulfillment method that works best for your program. Bulk shipping to the coach means all orders are packed together and delivered to a single location — typically sorted by player for easy distribution at practice. This eliminates individual shipping costs and works well for programs that prefer to hand out gear together as a team. Direct-to-player shipping means each order is individually packed and shipped to the home address provided during checkout — ideal for travel teams, remote programs, or organizers who prefer to skip the distribution step entirely.
